Logging into your customer portal

How to access your portal, plus quick fixes for common login issues.

Your customer portal is where you can view bills, manage your package, update your contact details, and report faults. Here's how to log in.

To log in

  1. Enter the email address you used when you set up your account.

  2. Enter your password.

  3. Click "Log in".

If you're using your portal for the first time, you'll need to set up your password using the welcome email we sent when you joined. If you can't find that email, check your spam folder, then see our guide on resetting your password.

Two-step verification

For extra security, we recommend turning on two-step verification in your account settings. This means that when you log in from a new device, you'll be asked for a one-time code sent to your phone or email, on top of your password.

Logging in trouble?

A few things to try first:

  • Make sure you're using the email address linked to your account, not a different one

  • Check for typos in your password, especially capital letters

  • Try a different browser or clear your browser's cookies

  • If you've recently changed your email address, try the previous one
